cd $CITYNAME/shared

cvs update features_archive.inc

cd local/templates

cp /www/mayday/local/templates/header .

cp /www/mayday/local/templates/preferences.template

make sure the info at: http://$CITYNAME.indymedia.org/features.cgi?screen=preferences is up-to-date

then try running 'sudo perl /usr/local/etc/features_archive.pl $CITYNAME'

and see what happens
