Mike's condensed meeting notes:

• GNATS will be fine for bugs

• CVS has been set up on HIRO

• user-policy: if at least one person with cvs-checking access seconds a user-account proposal and nobody blocks, it's passed

• mike (me) is point-guy for new accounts

• The weekend of September 15th will be a coding-party in #active2 on irc.indymedia.org

• regular meetings will now be three hours earlier, at 1600 UTC.

There was also a bunch of discussion/clarification surrounding an internal format for parsed documents and what the input/output filters might do. Please see the logs, near the end. We also discussed whether we need a new -devel list for bugtracking but agreed that our current active2-dev list would suffice as for now.
