-Setting up a webjournal that will be used during the tour to give life reports on what is going on. For this we'll need lots of analysis
and information before hand that will be used during the tour to further clarify incoming reports.
-We need to come clear with the groups Organising the tour in Africa that, while we plan to leave the equipment with them in Africa, we'll like the equipment to be avaliable for community use and not just to be taken into any particular Organisation. Thus we'll prefer the equipment to come under the control of a horizontally Organised structure.
-We need contacts with Organisations and individuals that have experience in Organising similar events so that we could learn from their experience.
-We need contact with Organisation and individuals with experience in fund raising for similar projects.
-We need to start right away with the assemblying of the technical stuff and we'll need people, informations and contact with people who have any experience in such undertakings; though we got some already.
-We need to work-out a gingle that will be used on our radio broadcast
both for mobilisation and for use during the tour.
-We need work-out a web-banner for the tour that will be distributed around. Need people with experience doing lay-out.
-Need to put together a coinsided brochure about the philosophy behind the tour as well as the politics of the Organisations involved.
-We need to start an intensive discussion with IMC satellite TV, Freeradio networks, newspapers etc to join ni the mobilisation.
-We need to discuss on the issue of "code words" that when used in our literature/website/radio other information outlets; words that will not cause the regimes in Africa to create dificulties for us. Yet these words though "soft" should be such that they make our point. Here we could equally duplicate websites and others so that there is space for "radical expression" as well as "security" needs being taken into consideration in what could be the "official medium" of the Caravan group.
