I'd like to set a SUNDAY May 11, 2003 (Noon GMT) deadline for accepting fiscal sponsorship from the UCIMC. If people have concerns with moving forward on this, please raise them now (likewise, of you support the idea, feel free to make your opinion known).

If anyone disagrees with this process, let us know, but I would like to have us nail down a funding and financial nexus for this project as soon as possible (and preferrably before the start of the next business week).

We have some great energy and momentum, so lets keep this moving forward.
