Web publishing for “non-geeks”

Introduce attendees to elementary HTML tags, in order to help them understand how to create links, add images, and format text. Also, walk through some content management systems and explain what CM systems do and very basically how they do it. And introduce attendees to The Gimp, a free, open-source image-editing applications.
