Here's a mix between the different layout and banner proposals choiced

Actually, it's not yet finished, we may change the banner and replace it by pictures +/- like Italy. The idea is to have a different colors by language ( /nl /fr /en ) based on http://switzerland.indymedia.org system. That implies that we must adapt the structure for it.
