Birmingham Indymedia Site Design
most of the indymedia sites are based around a banner. I was thinking it would be good to show a view of the city in all its super luxeryfied glory combined with maybe a bit of direct action stuff (like from the G8 street carnival a few years ago) combined with everyday life stuff like the markets (as opposed to selfridges and high street brands)
Will need:
- photos of brum
- photos from G8 street carnival
- fonts that we've used on flyers
Also can someone add what requirements are needed for the
ImcBirminghamHoldingPage? ie page width, banner size so the graphics can be created?

You can make your banner various sizes, and template / stylesheet layout is done around this, you should think if you want it to repeat or not then if edges should match.
We have yet to build comprehenisive documentation about setting up sub pages on IMCUK but there is some clues on this wiki (
UkMirRegionalPagesSetupHOWTO ), and you can allways ask in channel #uk on Internet Realy Chat
