• at least 2 input sources (PC, cd-player, FM radio...)
• 2 streaming servers

Preparation

• coordinate 1-2 weeks before with others radio around the world (internet and FM)
• announce on radio.indymedia.org
• chat coordination
• mp3 jingles some days before

Running!

• Prepare some notes BEFORE speaking
• While speaking, turn off the speakers (larssen / deconcentration)
• One person should stay at the mixer and check/adjust the volumes from the headphones.
• it was the first time we made a audio breaking news: good experiences, because very fast. but difficult to follow with writing
• breaking news: bad system because it becomes very soon to big. in abstract the new news (may be 10) and the all other in the main page (by more)
