About Templates

• Templates are done in html (with ssi includes) and freemarker (where content from mir is need)
• The best is to split up the Pages as most as possible. So if a part change not every i.e. ArticlePage^? has to be Redone. So therefor it is important to split up most stuff in include files and add this include file to the db so they can be edited there directly

under http://mirch.cronopios.org you find now the current mir set up on kosmos. admin access is via http://mirch.cronopios.org/mir_ch_orig/ under http://testmir.cronopios.org you find the same database background but with the new templates (of bak). but there is still some inverstigations needed to get this working correctly. admin access is on http://testmir.cronopios.org/new_mir/ the thought is to have the two looking sites but to see the differences. so if you post in one you also see it in the other under the old/new templates.

mir is working on http://testmir.cronopios.org admin access is on http://testmir.cronopios.org/mir_ch_orig please note that from the net you access the apache over another apache with proxy request, so don't do any changes to the servername in the vhost settings

while installing the copy of indy.ch on the test server i have to install the jai libs (put under /opt/tomcat5/common/lib/ under debian it was /usr/share/tomcat4/common/lib/ )
