  • 2 fillipinos ($2000) [actual cost for 1 was $1204)
  • 1 indonesian ($900)
  • food
  • perhaps some tech equipment
  • donation to irene for use of space - $100+
  • hiring one or two of those outdoor cafe heaters - $100-200.
  • hiring projector - $120
  • rough estimate is about $4000

• income
  • $500 from annares
  • $700 from global south fund
  • $1100 melbourne indymedia
  • $360 from NZ indymedia
  • sos covering half the cost of one manila/qc airfare ($500 approx)
  • Sydney IMC to donate some money from sales of tshirts and benefit functions (?few hundred dollars minimum? - $50 already pledged)
  • friday 16th film screening
  • saturday 17th - benefit gig

• present total about $3100 (08/06/04)

• Childcare - Takver to coordinate

• Food - peer to peer foodsharing? (details coming)

• Technical needs
  • internet connectivity - broadband at irene
  • video screening - easily obtainable
  • other media? radio?
  • video editing & recording gear for anna's workshops
    • available in space station video lab at irene
  • puters for tech workshops/hacking sessions
    • some crappy ones available but some work might need to be done here
