Feature Process while Brisbane IMC is inder Oceania administration

We haven't worked out a Feature process while the site is under Oceania admin. Here is what I propose:

1. Feature proposals should be sent to the imc-brisbane-admin list with a copy to imc-brisbane-editorial.
2. Suggestions and modifications to proposed features should also be sent to imc-brisbane-admin.
3. If there are no comments after 24 hours, a ftr may be posted.
4. Features may be posted earlier if the proposer and two other members of the admin list agree.
5. Feature proposals should be reworked to take into account all constructive comments.
6. Feature Proposals and Comments by Brisbane editorial activists are encouraged.

Proposal sent to the Brisbane editorial list and the site admin list on 27 Jul 2004. No objections have been raised.
