Proposals in development

The resizing/reediting experienced by Marc around http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/imc-cambridge/2005-March/0321-7d.html has nothing to do with Indymedia editorial policy, so maybe either the editorial policy or the practice should be brought into line with the other. (The way his comment upset people has started ImcUkCambridgeDiscussionGuidelines - please do not repeat the experience.)
