Intro
At the Imc-uk network meeting in Nov '06 it was agreed to create a static page to promote and explain indy RSS feeds - text to be developed below.
The aims are
- to increase the profile of the RSS feeds of the site
- to encourage partners to include them on their site
- to give partners the technical know how to check and include the RSS feeds on their site.
List and Description of RSS feeds to be featured.

Newswires and Features on the site have their own RSS feed. These 'newsfeeds' are made to be read by a computer. They can be read using programs (including some web browsers and e-mail programs) so you can keep up to date with the latest news you are interested in. They can also be used to add to your website.

Thunderbird Mail reader for all platforms of computer,
Help adding news feeds. There are also individual programs like: Linux (KDE):

Open Directory has a long
list with RSS Applications.
You can incorporate news feeds into websites. CMS like Drupal, Joomla, Word Press, Blogs have their own ways of importing. For
Drupal you can use the default
aggregator module if you need more look at the
aggregator2 module.
