Following sanjay's most recent proposal (noone seems to have objected),

and i guess it could point to bombay.indymedia.org in line with the
rest of the suggestion - to alternate the two names in practice:

[This sounds like a lot of good sense. Simply let/encourage people to
use the two names interchangeably.]
