Electrofringe festival conferences in 2000,2001 in Newcastle - first informal gathering of regional IMCs. 2002 - Borderlands (Adelaide) conference decided to create site which syndicates features from the sites. There is more functionality that could be built into it if we can come up with priorities. --andy
