Web Team takes care of the visual elements and non-server side elements of the website.

Knowledge Base

These are the skill sets necessary for the web team to function. New web team members may join with as much or as little knowledge in these areas as they like. It is important however, to identify the skill sets that you have, and work on learning the skill sets that you don't. We are all hear to learn from ourselves and each other.

Positions

Point Person:
With help of team members, devise strategic plan for tenure. Report back on progress and revise plan as necessary. Attend monthly meetings. Attend Steering Committee meetings. Foster growth of Web Team. Engage all team members in meaningful work when possible and delegate responsibilities. Facilitate communication within team.

Team Members:
Participate in functions of Web team. Attend Web meetings. Assist in devising Web plan.

Communication

Web Team members communicate through the web@phillyimcSTOPSPAM.org list.
