That is an interesting idea. I think it might get kind of expensive to do it everyday, but my brother has a hotair balloon company and he could help. I talked to him and he said it is normally $500 dollars a day for a balloon with the ((i)) logo on it, but he will do it for us once a month for $100. What do you think?

World Social Forum, Forum for Local Authorities

Gary Ghiradi is working with the Forum for Local Authorities, a component of the World Social Forum Policentric, a forum for progressive mayors, that is happening in Caracas in January 23 - 24. The World Social Forum in Caracas is happening between 24th and 29th in Caracas and is representing the American continent. It is also happening in Bamako (Mali) to represent African sub continent and Karachi (Pakastan) representing Asia.

He wants to know if there is anyway he can extend any help to SDIMC to take part in this forum or help anyone coming from San Diego/Tijuana.

He is working with the Forum for Local Authorities as an assistant manager and web master in the administrating office for the FAL out of the Dirección de Cooperación Internacional (DCI) of the Mayor of Caracas's office.
