Drupal Migration

Cameron says the site is ready to go live. Cam would like to wait for the new IP address (see below) so we don't have to request a redirect twice. Cam noted that the dns working group needs help. All ready by mid next week. Waz and Cam have made progress with the migration of old content. It's not quite ready , but should be done soon.

SSL site

We need an extra IP address to run an SSL site because of the limitations of SSL, only one website can be run per IP. This will provide increased security for users, so that pages requested and data submitted can't be seen by third parties. It protects transmission of user names and passwords also.

Cameron is willing to put up $20 to pay for the next 20 months.

AP - Cam will approach Cat about organising it.

IP Logging Proposal

Deadline is coming up soon. Stacy will do a wiki page, summarising all the responses from imc-communication, and propose that the draft be accepted.

List admin

Len will be taking over admining imc-sydney and imc-sydney-content during the time that Cam and Stacy will be on holidays.

Stacy has put Mick Lambe on auto discard from imc-sydney-content. The photo issue has been dealt with, and the further emails from him are mostly more abuse.
