We need to dig up and link and summuries the discussions we had on this in 2003... There was some discussion on the global list last October: http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/imc-process/2003-October/thread.html

ImcScotland has decided in the meeting of 10th of march, not to take up the offer of emails@indymedia.orgSTOPSPAM.uk for the moment, but this is no statement for the discussion as such and just a "personal" decision of the imc scotland collective.

Discussion about personal @indymedia.org.uk email addresses on the UK Process list in March and April 2004 concluded with a block to prevent individual email addresses being set up.

Aliases

The list of @indymedia.org.uk group aliases is kept in the attached file:

aliases.txt

If you want to make changes to it please download it locally, edit it and then use the action link in the attachments list at the bottom of the page to upload a new version. When you do upload a new version please mail postperson@indymedia.orgSTOPSPAM.uk to say that there is a new version.
