Mac -
Export from from premiere or final cut pro as mpegs 1,2 or 4 or as DVavi to export to windows or linux for Xvid conversion. If you prefer the easy to use iMovie, you can export the Movie to iDVD and create a dvd image. Use this image together with Handbrake
