How to update the 'Upcoming IMC Coverage' in the right column:

* go to admin.

* bottom left column: "edit include files"

* "upcoming.shtml"

* edit, save, generate all new

It is helpful to have a proposal with:

* URL for information
* URL for local IMC where coverage will be
* Date and region of the event
