Under the web solution at that website ( DadaIMC ) one can easily load multiple stylesheets via admin interface. It is best to base stylesheet on exist default one and change elements that one wishes to change. There is ablity to clone an existing stylesheet in admin interface and then edit elements of stylesheet in nicly laid out page in admin interface.

Some one from Bristol indymedia has done a template/css which uses stylesheet for layout rather than tables. We may hope to use this.
