Reorganising Belgrade IMC?

In Juli 2006 when some UK Indymedia people visited Novi Sad during an international Art and Activism Caravan, there started a discussion on the reorganising of Belgrade Indymedia into Serbia Indymedia. Here are some of the initial email on the lists:
