Sheffield IMC PayPal Account

Sheffield Indymedia have set up a PayPal account and document it here like the ImcSheffieldBankAccount.

SevenR is the named person the account. The original purpose of this account was to provide another mechanism for folks to give to IMC-Sheffield if they feel so moved. The purpose of being a conduit for donations to the IMC-Server Appeal was added at a later date.

This PayPal account is used for two purposes, donations to IMC-Sheffield and also to the IMC-Server Appeal. Donations for both purposes are recorded in the table below.

Due to the nature of PayPal accounts, it is most cost-effective (erm... free) to transfer money to the designated account when donations have reached \xA350. So if/when donations reach \xA350+ for Sheffield, this will be then transfered to Sheffield's Nationwide account. Likewise if/when donations reach \xA350+ for the server, this will be then transfered to the network's Triodos account.

Building Society Account

Sheffield-IMC also has a Nationwide Building Society account for the purpose of juggling its money. It has its own page ImcSheffieldBankAccount.
