Introduction

This is a twiki for Sydney Indymedia: a collaborative space where we all can work together towards updating and improving the website and other indymedia projects in Sydney.

The Sydney Indymedia website is based on the active software, written in php.

• Please note that Sydney IMC is currently discussing migrating to a different codebase.

Features

• To propose a feature, write to imc-sydney-content@lists.cat.org.au with "PROPOSED: Feature Name" as the Email Subject.
• Features are usually news articles or editorials concerning Sydney, NSW and its community.
• It is preferable to include an image with a feature proposal.
• Unless extremely urgent, or previously arranged, a feature must wait at least 12 hours after being proposed before being posted to the site.
• All features will be posted to the site with a "click here to discuss" or similar link.
• Usually 1-3 paragraphs of a feature will display on the front page and further content will be contained inside the site under a "click here for more information" or similar link.

Every third Tuesday of the month at 7pm (for 7:30pm) - next meeting is on Tuesday, November 8, 2005.
