Sheffield Indymedia Wiki

This is was somewhere where documents related to Sheffield Indymedia can could be created and worked on.

It looks like Sheffield Indymedia supporters are about to be locked out of this wiki, so we will be forced to migrate to another wiki, perhaps at https://wiki.indymedia.org.uk/Sheffield — the global Indymedia network appears to now be run by authoritarians and just over 8 years after this page was created (on 25th May 2003) the activists who set up Sheffield Indymedia are being purged from the global network, see: ImcUkSheffieldChrisWitchHunt

The Sheffield Independent Media Centre has not been through the Global New IMC process yet but we are working on it... see: ImcSheffieldNewImc. Because Sheffield IMC has not been through the Global New IMC process it is not listed on the cities list and we do not have the sheffield.indymedia.org sub-domain set up — we are not an official IMC yet, we are a regional sub-IMC of the ImcUk.
