Sheffield Indymedia makes decisions on ImcUkSheffieldLists and at ImcUkSheffieldMeetings based on consensus. Anyone can post to and join the IMC Sheffield List and anyone can read the web archives — it is an open list. Anyone can attend and speak at ImcUkSheffieldMeetings — they are open meetings.
