Last meeting of Michael who will be sorely missed by all.

We discussed hosting a movie on the 26th of June at the Faulkner SBPL by member Renee Bergen dealing with Afgan women.

Our hosting fees and mailbox have been paid for the next six months through donations collected at recent events.

We covered several issues of technical and communication bottlenecks which had been causing difficulties in the work flow. Two main areas of discussion were the problems with the list serves at sbindymedia.org which are Mailman software but we don't have the DNS informtion.

Editors at sbindymedia.org is just not functioning. Ironically that very problem of a technical nature exacerbated some of the problems raised from the reporting side.

Reporting function expressed a desire for more flexibity in editing which was discovered to be primarily a technical glitch and not a policy which was obstructing the report function.

The main problem was an unexplained drop off the Edit link on some stories that were owned by the reporter in question.
