Distributing too little money to too many people is always difficult, as well as finding a way so that everybody pays a comparable contribution...

tRAVEL reimbursement

There is also a limited budget for Travel Reimbursement. We can pay 70% of your travel cost in case you need it, but it is absolutely obliged to come for the whole meeting. Other criteria for Travel Reimbursement:

• you have to travel by the most environmentally friendly and cheapest
• we reimburse 2nd class only.
• provide us a photocopy of the return ticket (please do the photocopy in advance, you won't probably have many chances to do it at the Winter Meeting).
• we do not reimburse the costs of urgent visa (made in one day).

participation fee

There is a participation fee to cover the food and other logistics expenses during the meeting. As always in the eyfa gatherings, this participation fee is ecorated. It will be 10 ecos per day. e.g. 10 ecos for German participants = 5.10 euro

10 ecos for Belorussian participants = 0.96 euro
