Communications

The migration to Mir was discussed/prepared on several communication channels simultaneously, i.e. twiki, email, irc, pubs, meetings, newswire of the test site. Since we continue to use a variety of communication channels, this twiki is meant to make them more transparent, and to collect ressources on security etc.
