It sometimes helps to be able to restrict edit access to some pages (topics) only to those people who are actually part of the group that works on it (imc-outreach in this case). To add a user, add a WikiName to the above list GROUP = WikiName, WikiName

If you can't do that, i suggest you send an email to any of the people listed above and ask them to add you to the group so you can edit the pages that right now you can't edit... ( they can then decide if they need to follow a formal process or not ) -- RovinNZ
