Contact Info
It has become apparent that first-time site users don't realise that their "contact details" on the comment submissions form will be published. We need to make this obvious somehow.

I agree. It's a problem that we've had for quite a while now. I'd suggest adding text along the lines of: "Indymedia allows users to contribute news anonymously. However news items are more likely to be treated as credible sources of information if published by an identifiable name / organisation. Posters can also provide other optional details such as email address, phone number or physical address if they would like readers to be able to contact them through any of these means. Otherwise, contributors need only fill out the boxes marked '(required)'."
