tips for upgrading / installing new plugins
- have a look to ImcDocsLog, the upgrade procedure followed from TWiki v.2001xxxx to v.20030201 is described here
- in upstream tarballs and plugins, data files are often RCS-locked by user nobody, but our Debian Apache runs as www-data; this command corrects that:
perl -pi~ -e 's/nobody:/www-data:/' */*,v
